Habitat Rules 🏕️

Welcome to swiftcartla.com.
By using this site, you agree to these habitat rules. If you don’t agree, that’s okay. Close the tab. Go pet a creature tape. We’ll be here.

Rule 1: 🎂 Age Check

You must be at least 13 years old to shop here, or have a parent/guardian supervise.
We’re not babysitters. We’re stationery dealers.

Rule 2: 📬 Be Honest

Give us accurate info — name, address, email.
If you type your address wrong, we can’t magically fix it. We’re good, but we’re not psychic.

Rule 3: 👀 Product Looks

We try to show colors and sizes accurately.
But screens lie. Lighting lies. Your monitor has moods.
If a sticker or tape looks slightly different in person, that’s tech’s fault, not ours. Quality is still top-tier.

Rule 4: 💸 Prices & Availability

All prices are in USD.
We can change prices anytime, but we won’t change them after you order. That would be rude.
If something sells out, we’ll email you and offer a refund or replacement.

Rule 5: 💳 Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
We can cancel orders if we suspect fraud or if inventory goes missing. We’ll email you — no ghosting.

Rule 6: 🚫 Don’t Steal Our Stuff

All images, text, and designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
Don’t copy them. We have lawyers, but more importantly, we have guilt-tripping skills.

Rule 7: 🫠 Emotional Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Running out of animal tape at 2 AM

• Losing your favorite gel pen

• Buying a fifth softcover and still feeling unorganized

• Your pen strap snapping because you stretched it like a rubber band

• Stamping or sticking something upside down

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
We’re not liable for lost profits, lost dreams, or broken pencil tips.

Rule 8: 🔁 Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted here.
If we make big changes, we’ll try to notify you, but you’re responsible for checking back.

Rule 9: ⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of HONGKONG.

Rule 10: 📮 Contact
