The Great Stationery Migration 🐦

Every order goes through four migrations:

Nest → Packing Burrow → Carrier Migration → Your Desk Habitat

🥚 Stage 1: Order Lands in the Nest

You place the order. You add one more sticky notepad “just in case.” We respect it.

📦 Stage 2: Packing Burrow

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Weekends and holidays? We’re probably eating snacks and ignoring our own softcovers. We’ll start Monday.

🚚 Stage 3: Carrier Migration

We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii).

• Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS 2-Day): 2–3 business days after processing

• Free shipping on orders over [$50 / $75] — because we like enabling your stationery habit

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.
We don’t inflate shipping. We’re not villains. 🦹

🔍 Stage 4: Tracking Obsession

You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Refresh it as many times as you want. We won’t judge. We do it too.

😵 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our hands.
If it’s been over 10 business days with no movement, email us. We’ll investigate like a detective in a noir film. 🕵️

If tracking says “delivered” but you don’t see it:

• Check with neighbors.

• Check your porch, mailbox, and that one weird bush.

• If it was stolen, file a claim with the carrier. We’ll help where we can, but we can’t replace porch-pirate victims for free. 🏴‍☠️

Final note:
We pack every order with care, bubble wrap, and maybe a tiny bit of chaos.
If your package arrives looking like it fought a bear, take photos and contact us. We’ll make it right. 🐻📸
